54f9ee4509 Renamed the core namespace's submodules to have a leading underscore. 
This is so epydoc will automatically mark them as private and won't
document the objects they contain (they'll be docmented via the wx
module.)

5b29df3fee Add __docfilter__ to modules so epydoc doesn't generate docs for all 
the SWIG crud in the modules it doesn't need to.

b2dc104421 More changes to make the autodocs be better, made all the namestrings 
and such be visible to swig so the autodoc generator knows how to

dd9f7fea29 Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the 
Python docstrings will have the correct case.

Started adding extra docstrings where needed.

Some other little tweaks and fixes.

1542ea396a Added wxTLW::SetShape and implementations for wxGTK, wxMSW and an 
empty stub for wxMac.
Added some generic helpers and a new ctor to wxRegion.
Added samples/shaped.

96de41c2c5 Added wxPython.lib.rcsizer which contains RowColSizer. This sizer is 
based on code from Niki Spahiev and lets you specify a row and column
for each item, as well as optional column or row spanning.  Cells with
not item assigned to it are just left blank.  Stretchable rows or
columns are specified and work the same as in wxFlexGridSizer.

A few other minor changes too.

c594325333 Changes to ensure that GDI objects returned from Python methods are
