e3b13be45a fixed defining FOOCXX symbols (was broken because AC_LANG_POP was done too soon and so variable name for C and not C++ was wrongly used); changed mwcc and xlc detection to use the common macro instead of duplicating it

b71ff4d35d Fix for the compiler checks. The compiler flags like SUNCC and SUNCXX were 
only being set when language being tested matched the current language, so
C++ flags weren't being set since we changed the default language back to C.

fd5199d66b use C compiler for tests again, it's useless to use the C++ one for AC_CHECK_FUNCS() test anyhow; do use WX_CHECK_FUNCS() instead of several AC_CHECK_FUNCS() where we need to make sure that the function declaration is available

891ace0538 Separate RESCOMP into WINDRES (for Win32) and REZ (for Mac OS). 
Don't check for windres as bakefile.m4 now does it properly.
Rename MACRESCOMP to POSTLINK_COMMAND.
Rename MACRESWXCONFIG to WXCONFIG_POSTLINK_COMMAND.
Use newest bakefile.m4 (with similar changes).
Add --rezflags option back to wx-config so existing user Makefiles don't break.
