b18e2046af pass wxIntPtr, not wxUIntPtr, to wxListCtrl::SortItems() callback as it's more compatible with the existing code assuming that this parameter is signed (as our own wxFileCtrl did)

80cc5fc7ad document column reordering in wxListCtrl; fix confusion between GetColumnOrder() and GetColumnIndexFromOrder() doing this discovered; show the use of these methods in the sample and added a unit test for them

90c6edd706 TLW default item changes have changed Enter key processing: it was now handled as TAB even for controls such as wxTree/ListCtrl which need it themselves; fix this by checking for VK_RETURN in these classes MSWShouldPreProcessMessage() implementation; also removed specific test for wxTextCtrl in wxWindowMSW::MSWProcessMessage() and simplified its code

e6b1317b79 modified custom draw code to fully draw the items using a font with encoding different from the system one as the native list control ignores the font encoding; seems to finally work somehow but there is still horrible flicker as the items seem to be redrawn on every mouse move over them, no idea how to avoid this

68c124a168 1. Added m_count and maintain its value in InsertItem, RemoveItem 
etc. and return it from GetItemCount to save so many calls to
   ListView_GetItemCount.

2. If EVT_LIST_DELETE_ALL_ITEMS was not handled then the
   post-processing code to prevent LVN_DELETEITEM messages was not
   getting executed.  Changed it so the post processing always
   happens.

3. It's possible with some versions of comctl32 that garbage values
   can be passed in nmLV->lParam so don't try to get the internal item
   data pointer from it.  This should close bug# 659939

4. Added FreeAllInternalData from DeleteAllItems, (part of patch
   #672065) and also guard against processing LVN_CHANG* messages
   while freeing the internal data.

1944ad7618 1. more consistency in wxTree/ListEvent methods naming convention: 
GetKeyCode() instead of GetCode()
2. wxTreeEvent::GetKeyEvent()::IsAltDown() now works under MSW
3. wxTreeEvent::GetKeyCode() works for alnum keys
