5ba67c67e4 Remove wxOSX/Carbon support. 
Cocoa has been the default toolkit in wxWidgets for a long time. There is really no good reason to use Carbon in 2016 and this removes a lot of unused and unmaintained code.

8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

80a4659776 Use wxCLASSINFO() instead of deprecated CLASSINFO(). 
No real changes, just use the version of the macro with a "wx" prefix.

Closes #14356.

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files. 
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

beea183b40 Remove debugging wxLogMessage from wxMediaCtrl::Create(). 
This was added apparently by mistake in r45478 and resulted in showing the
backend being used by the control in a message box whenever it was created
ever since.

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

0c81ef7fce Ryan's patch 1468129 , 
1) Don't hog mouse events from other windows
2) Don't crash on mouse and other events when a bad file is loaded
3) Correctly detect whether a file can be loaded or not (Forgot to call ::ClearMoviesStickyError())
4) Real workaround for the wxNotebook issue (by using offscreen GWorld)
5) Nuke of CreateMovieControl version and many other cleanups

bf354396f6 wxMediaCtrl patch from Ryan: 
- factored out Active X code into separate files
- also refactored common part of all backends in mediactrlcmn.cpp
- adds async loading from URLs support to Mac version
- support for ShowPlayerControls() in Mac wxMediaCtrl
- more minor bug fixes in the MSW version and the sample

(this is slightly modified patch 1264533 (without the list control part))
