58cf0491e3 Added Ok() member for print data, print dialog, page dialog, page dialog data 
so we can test in advance whether the print/page setup dialogs will fail.
Removed assertions that would fire if the default printer was not found, for example.
Added call to Ok() from HTML print code with suitable error message.
Commented out my erroneous fix to wxStaticText.

4fe5383d6c 1. wxBitmap copy ctor and operator=() taking wxIcon added 
2. wxBitmapButton focus rect looks a bit better and it respects the icon
   mask

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

92049cd473 1. serious bug in wxRegConfig corrected - deleting a value would delete the 
key containing it if it didn't have any subkeys (i.e. would delete the
   sibling values)
2. wxRegKey::GetFirstValue() starts with first value, not the second one
3. typo in wxStaticText::DoSetSize() which prevented width.AsIs() from
   working fixed
4. adjustment for the parent client area offset not done for the top level
   windows (dialogs and frames) any more

81d66cf39f wxToolBar API changes; now frames manage their toolbar & statusbar properly; 
client area position is used in SetSize; changes for BC++ & VC++ 1.5;
wxWindow::GetUpdateRegion added; removed wxUpdateIterator; some missing functions
added to process.cpp; bad navigation key event cast fixed; MDI and toolbar samples
updated; new wxMSW wxRegion constructor (WXHRGN)
