5f72522e58 Implemented a fix to allow Unicode builds to work with MSACCESS. This fix should be tested against other databases also to ensure that the determination of the type to be used for character strings correctly finds that right type in unicode mode for other DBs

b26e2b55ca [SF#851487] wxDb::Catalog() function was attempting to determine if the table that was being accessed was different than the last table being accessed BEFORE the table name of the current table was read in, causing an issue when more than one table was present in the database

d2129c82bf The wxDb::Open() function that takes a wxDbConnectInf() now has a second optional parameter 'failOnDataTypeUnsupported' that defaults to TRUE to maintain current behavior. This allows users to specify FALSE if they want to try to continue 
wxDb::getDbInfo() function will now not treat SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO as a failure when checking for supported features.
Reformatting of some text, and removal of old commented out code

9af163d74d Added a parameter 'failOnDataTypeUnsupported' to getDbInfo (that defaults to TRUE keeping current functional behavior intact)), that will allow the user to override whether a call to getDbInfo() should fail immediately if a data type request reports back that it is unsupported/unavailable 
fixed issues with wxDb::DBMS() that were not correctly detecting MySQL databases using MySQL v4.  also removed erroneous/duplicated code in this function that looked like a result of a bad merge at some point

9c136858af Applied patch [ 649284 ] Fix wxODBC to work with MySQL 2.x 
The current sample/db fails to build indexes with
MyODBC v2.50.39

This is due to two problems:

(1) wxDb::ModifyColumn() created a SQL statement that
was not correctly formed for MySQL. This problem
caused wxDbTable::CreateIndex() to fail to set the
columns that are going to indexes to be NOT NULL. I
fixed this by added a special case for MySQL.

(2) When creating an Index on a VARCHAR column,
MySQL requires a key length to be specified.
wxDbTable::CreateIndex() current does not do this. I
fixed this problem by adding code to do this.

The attached patch file patches dbtable.cpp and db.cpp
on the 2.5 branch.
