0fcce6b9d9 Fix previous crashes when scrolling generic version 
of wxDataViewCtrl.
  Added in-place editing of strings (no user vetoing
   and such). The code uses the corrected version of
   the respective code from wxListCtrl.

0fdc2321bc Implement basic MVC logic (change an item in one 
view and all views update themselves) and made
   wxDataViewToggleCell react to mouse clicks as a
   test for that (generic code).
