fbf618dff8 Removed unused symbol __WXOS2__ (it's either __OS2__ when platform specific 
- similar to __UNIX__ - or __WXPM__ when specific to the port - similar
       to symbols __WXMOTIF__ or __WXGTK__).

7275146d4d Unrevert Cygwin changes after discussion. Cygwin will be unix with the new 
version of bakefile, but allow wxMSW to stay a Windows build until there is
a unix version of it.
