Document limitations of the generic wxTextEntry hints.

Calling methods other than SetValue() or ChangeValue() doesn't update the
display correctly currently, see #12475 .

Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.
...
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
See #12165 .
