18f42b94df Remove calls to wxApp::SetTopWindow() from the samples and documentation. 
It is definitely not necessary to call SetTopWindow() when there is only a
single top level window and it is arguable whether it's useful to do it even
when there are many of them so don't encourage its use in the documentation
and also remove all its occurrences from the samples.

Closes #12816.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

See #12165.

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

c41ea66a5d 1. corrected bug in MDI sample (which resulted in missing horz scrollbar) 
2. wxRegKey::Rename() added, regtest sample shows copying/moving/renaming keys
   and values now
3. using wxLog() insread of WriteText() contorsions in the listctrl sample,
   show client data from events in the log messages

23f681ec48 1. implemented wxRegKey::Copy() and CopyValue() 
2. regtest sample doesn't crash any more
3. wxLogGui uses msg box for only 1 message
4. "const wxEventType" => "enum"
5. wxEVT_COMMAND_TREE_END_DRAG introduced - see sample for example
6. fixed several non fatal bugs in wxRegKey
7. many changes in regtest sample, not tested yet
