0ee169da2b Add wxListCtrl::EnableAlternateRowColours() and SetAlternateRowColour(). 
Add methods to simply enable alternative row background colours in wxListCtrl.

Closes #14618.

4d3d97a84c Use "true" by default in wxGenericListCtrl::EnableBellOnNoMatch(). 
The changes of r72639 mistakenly omitted the default value for
EnableBellOnNoMatch() argument in this class (although it was present in the
base class and in wxGenericTreeCtrl), fix this.

d34d31f6d6 Implement incremental search in wxGenericListCtrl. 
Mostly copy wxGenericTreeCtrl incremental search implementation to
wxGenericListCtrl (unfortunately there is no simple way to reuse this code
currently), including the recently added EnableBellOnNoMatch() method.

Update the sample to test it, the key event handling in it had to be modified
to allow it.

22930be86c Fix focus handling logic in generic wxListCtrl. 
Don't override SetFocus() to set the focus to the main window, this isn't
enough as we can be given the focus by the underlying toolkit itself, without
our SetFocus() being called -- this happened in wxGTK when focus was changed
from the keyboard using TAB and in this case it didn't get to the main window
but remaining on the wxListCtrl itself meaning that keyboard input wasn't
processed at all.

Use wxNavigationEnabled<> now to ensure that OnSetFocus() and related methods
do the right thing instead now.

Also get rid of OnSetFocus() in wxListHeaderWindow, it's better to override
AcceptsFocus() to return false to avoid getting focus in the first place.

94248d2ed1 Implement best size calculation for report mode wxListCtrl. 
Use the column labels to determine the minimal width required by the control
to show them all in full.

Also declare all image list and column-related wxListCtrl methods in
wxListCtrlBase now as we need some of them in DoGetBestClientSize()
implementation.

a9bd911fde Replace 3 copies of wxListCtrl mode tests with a single one in wxListCtrlBase. 
Move InReportView() and IsVirtual() into the base class as they were the same
in all the implementations.

This base class is currently trivial, more methods will be moved to it from

3dea8ba7ac Account for largest item in wxGenericListCtrl::GetBestSize(). 
Don't just return a hard-coded value but at least return something big
enough to show the largest item in the control in non-report mode.

This fixes the appearance of wxListbook which simply truncated its items
before if they didn't fit in 80 pixels horizontally.

Also switch to implementing DoGetBestClientSize() instead of DoGetBestSize()
as this method doesn't account for the control borders (it does account for
the scrollbars however).

b19b28c8fc Implement wx-prefixed macros versions of DECLARE/IMPLEMENT*CLASS macros. 
Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
Correct a recurring error in the docs: IMPLEMENT/DECLARE_CLASS are alias to the DYNAMIC macros, not to the ABSTRACT macros.

b6812a6f19 Add column parameter to wxListCtrl::GetItemText(). 
Allow retrieving the text from columns other than the first one directly.

Add implementations for MSW and generic versions, documentation and a unit
test.

Closes #11597.

c1fae0d0ee Don't store header height in generic wxListCtrl member variable. 
This is simply unnecessary and resulted in a crash in wxDFB because the window
was used for this variable initialization before being created.

Closes #11711.
