This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().
Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

color for windows and let the toolkit use the natural color.
As an intermediate step font is still explicitly set.
Handle the cases where m_foregroundColour, m_backgroundColour ir m_font
are not initialized.
Set default (overridable) X resources to emulate the old look.
Unify wxMOTIF_NEW_FONT_HANDLING with wxMOTIF_USE_RENDER_TABLE.
Minor unrelated (sizing) fixes to wxCheckListBox, wxStaticText, wxTextCtrl.

DoCreate()s in derived classes and removed DoDestroy() entirely because there
was really no advantage in having it (it can't be called fom base class dtor)
also made XmDoCreateTLW() pure virtual which required changing
IMPLEMENT_DYNAMIC_CLASS into IMPLEMENT_ABSTRACT_CLASS for wxTopLevelWindow in
common code but this made sense anyhow because wxTLW should be an ABC anyhow

"GetPosition() returns wrong result for dialog". Moved implementation
from wxFrame to wxTopLevelWindow thus sharing it between wxFrame
and wxDialog.

Correct wxRTTI information for wxFrame: it derives from
wxTopLevelWindow, not wxWindow.
Don't try setting Widget size to 0, because it will fail: set
it to 1 instead which is exactly as sensible, but does not crash.

creates one ApplicationShell per display, and makes top
level windows popup childs of the ApplicationShell.
Removed a couple of unused variables from wxApp.
Replaced some calls to wxGetDisplay with XtDisplay(widget)
or event.xany.display, and some others with wxGlobalDisplay
(the latter changes are just eyecandy).
Used wxFlushEvents where appropriate.
Fixed (hopefully) wxFindAcceleratorText and wxFindAccelerator;
for now the new version is still disabled, awaiting further testing.

wxControl-specific functionality (GetXXXPixmap) into a separate
class, and fixed the implementation. Adapted wxStaticBitmap,
wxBitmapButton and wxToolBar to the new situation.
Various fixes to wxToolBar: Realize does not create buttons
multiple times anymore, use the disabled bitmap as the disabled
bitmap, not as the toggled bitmap for toggle buttons (!),
reposition buttons/controls when a tool is removed/deleted.
