73bb677607 Improved wxTreeCtrl tooltip processing performance (causing 
major delays in processing button clicks)
Added wxFULL_REPAINT_ON_RESIZE as default for wxStatusBar
on wxGTK since otherwise there are display problems.
Similarly for wxGrid.

584ad2a32f Added some missing STL-like wxArray/wxArrayString constructors. 
Added helper class wxCArrayString, better replacement for
wxArrayString::GetStringArray.
  Added overloaded constructors and Create() methods taking
a wxArrayString for wxCheckListBox, wxChoice, wxComboBox,
wxListBox, wxRadioBox, wxSingleChoiceDialog, wxMultipleChoiceDialog.

20c8441047 Allow minimal acceptable row height/column width to be set to 0 for 
hiding rows/columns.
Only return true from CanEnableCellControl if a valid cell is selected
        (fixing Bug #837656).

d8771ac734 Fixed bug introduced in fs_zip.cpp when replacing wxHashTableLong 
with wxHashMap.
  Made wxHashMap constructor explicit to prevent similar errors.

932b55d0d6 Reordered the slow-click test, otherwise it would never 
be fired if in row-select more. Also added a ClearSelection,
which was omitted in the changes since 2.4.

a967f0480b * rename maxOnOverflow parameter to CoordToRowOrCol() to clipToMinMax 
* ensure CoordToRowOrCol() range is  0 -> nMax if clipOnMinMax is set
                                and -1 -> nMax if clipOnMinMax is not set

 * check on uses of YToRow() / XToCol() and replace with
   calls internalYToRow() / internalXToCol() removing any external
   overflow handling where appropriate.

 * Add tests for overflow to prevent sending 'off grid' label events,
   would be indistinguishable from CornerLabel events.
