Better document wxAutomationObject::GetDispatchPtr() return value.
...
This function returns IDispatch pointer as a void one, mention that the user
code needs to upcast it itself.
Closes #12617 .

Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.
...
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
See #12165 .
