a0826b119e disable clearing event tables by default, only do it if wxUSE_MEMORY_TRACING is used: this fixes the problems with events not being dispatched correctly when the library is reinitialized

bde626ce30 don't define EMPTY_PARAMETER_VALUE macro without wx prefix, this is an invitation for name clash; instead define wxEMPTY_PARAMETER_VALUE and use it in both variant.h and event.h

0751433414 Make wxEVT_SCROLL_ENDSCROLL a #define in event.h so that new applications 
won't depend on it, and so will be compatible with 2.6.1 libs. But still
define and export it in event.cpp so that 2.6.0 apps will be able to use
2.6.1.1 libs.

afafd942a1 Added WXK_SPECIAL... keycodes for special hardware buttons 
Made (Un)RegisterHotKey WinCE-aware.
Added wxEVT_HIBERNATE event.
Now fakes wxEVT_ACTIVATE_APP to be symmetrical with wxEVT_HIBERNATE.
Added wxTE_CAPITALIZE for CAPEDIT controls.
