dca0f65178 more /Wp64 warning fixes: mostly use UINT_PTR instead of UINT and define our WX[WL]PARAM with __w64 if available to avoid hundreds of warnings when casting LPARAMs to pointers/handles

6dad7fff04 move wxMSLU_xxx redefinitions of xxx() Windows functions to wx/msw/wrapwin.h as we have to define them after including <windows.h> and not before; also moved the rest of the wxMSLU redefinitions to wx/filefn.h where they're used as it doesn't make sense to keep only them in wx/msw/mslu.h

1033b8362a don't define WINVER in platform.h, do it in wrapwin.h and always define it as 0x0600 (current max)

185448a864 Fix some wrong code: add parentheses to correct precedence, 
fix comment and _WIN32_IE value (author was probably thinking about
_WIN32_WINNT. Now CVS compiles again with MinGW.
