9ec927f89b ensure that scroll position is always in scrolling range, otherwise we could have a window without scrollbars at all but with non zero scroll offset which was really strange

dee1a63ff5 Removed WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_2 together with code guarded by it. 
Changed default for WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 to 0.
  Added WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_6 (defaults to 1).
  Ran build/update-setup-h.

844adaa47a Provided GetBestVirtualSize and DoGetBestSize implementations for 
generic and GTK+ wxScrolledWindow.

wxWindowBase::DoGetBestSize was returning a virtual size if there were child
controls, which was then used to set the scrolled window actual size.
Similarly, wxWindowBase::GetBestVirtualSize was returning
the actual window size; now we return the virtual size
for dimensions that have scrolling (e.g. vertical scrolling
direction), or the minimum/actual size for those that don't
(e.g. the maximum control width if there is no horizontal
scrolling).

This allows the scrolled window to be properly sized, whereas
before it would start off at the virtual size (giving
enormous layouts).

ab7ce33c56 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

566d84a7c3 Added knowledge of virtual size to wx(Scrolled)Windows, they can now 
manage their own scrollbars with the help of a sizer or other user
clues (SetVirtualSizeHints) without the need for an ancillary container.
Added SetSizerAndFit convenience method.
SetSizer now enables/disables AutoLayout automagically.
Logic bugfix for scrollsub sample.
Syntax bugfix in parser.y.
Compiler warning fix in textctrl.cpp.

0bc0cd5d81 wxScrolledWindow next take, the Gizmo controls 
work again and several other problem have
    been solved, among them at least on reported
    about the old implementation (wrong max size
    due to a rounding error).
