Added wxInternetFilesystemModule to fs_inet.cpp

Fixed PROXY support in wxURL, wxHTTP. You can set the environement variable
HTTP_PROXY now.
Fixed parsing of content type in wxHtmlFilter
Added commments to gsocket.c
wxURL parses the URL only once now.
