* wxCreateDynamicObject() uses an hashtable now

* wxClassInfo::first = NULL after the hashtable is initialized
* dynlib has been simplified.
* Some fix in the serialization core and in wxObject::StoreObject()/LoadObject()
* Updates in utils/serialize/sermain.cpp
