Use semicolon after wxIMPLEMENT_*_CLASS* in wx's own implementations

wxIMPLEMENT_DYNAMIC/ABSTRACT_CLASS* is documented to be used with a
semicolon, though it is not mandatory.

Not touching headers yet, to avoid -pedantic warnings in user code.
