1. wxMSW::wxNotebook::SetPageSize() and SetPadding() added

2. wxNavigationKeyEvent changes:
 a) doesn't derive from wxCommandEvent any more
 b) has a new ShouldPropagate() accessor
 c) wxPanel::OnNavigationKey() changed significantly, beware
