Add unit test for wxWrapSizer::CalcMinFromMinor
Add a unit test for a special case of a wrap sizer min size caclulation. Test wxWrapSizer::CalcMinFromMinor function for this case, when a wrap sizer used inside a sizer with the same alignment.
