Don't specialize std::numeric_limits<> for wxLongLong when using VC6.
This doesn't work with VC6 anyhow as it doesn't provide numeric_limits<> specialization for __int64 and results in many warnings C4663 as the standard header itself uses obsolete template specialization syntax. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@67640 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
