Use shorter sleep times in wxStopWatch unit test.
Make wxStopWatchTestCase::Misc() run in 2.5 seconds instead of 7. This not only makes the test run faster but allows us to test wxMilliSleep() and precision of wxStopWatch for time periods in fractional seconds. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@69833 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
