Implement support for wxSL_<DIR> in wxGTK, show them better in the sample.
Support wxSL_{LEFT,TOP,RIGHT,BOTTOM} in wxGTL version of wxSlider. Make the display of the orientations in the slider page of the widgets sample more clear.
