Merge branch 'grid-uitests-gtk'
Fixes to wxUIActionSimulator allowing the tests using it to work for wxGrid in wxGTK. And some improvements and bug fixes to wxGrid itself. Closes https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/pull/1609
