Remove unnecessary SetAutoLayout(true) calls

There is no need to call SetAutoLayout() explicitly after (or just
before) calling SetSizer() with a valid sizer pointer, as SetSizer()
already enables automatic layout, so just drop the useless calls.

No real changes.
