Avoid warnings about not checking read() result in wxJoystick code.
Explicitly ignore errors if we can't read from the associated FD. This is mostly done to avoid -Wunused-result warning about not checking read() return value under Ubuntu. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@78481 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
