Add wxKeyEvent::IsAutoRepeat()
The new method is currently supported in Qt, Cocoa, MSW ports (i.e. all major ones except for wxGTK). Keyboard example updated with a "Repeat" column. Closes https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/pull/2414
