Added support for saving greyscale TIFF images.

When saving with a samples per pixel value of 1 the TIFF handler still treated the image as RGB, resulting in corrupted images. Handle the greyscale case and added a unit test for it. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@68784 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
