2. fixed memory leak with wxLogStderr in wxBase
3. updated tmake files/makefiles for wxBase with wxSocket under MSW
4. fixed wxSashWindow cursor bug by allowing SetCursor(wxNullCursor)
5. fixed warning in gsock*.c
