Ensure that wxPreviewCanvas always gets idle event.

Browse Source 
Use wxWS_EX_PROCESS_IDLE flag to ensure that the print preview receives idle
events even when wxIDLE_PROCESS_SPECIFIED global idle mode is used.

Closes #15104.
