No real changes, just don't use brush styles for background mode in wxHTML.

Browse Source 
Use just wxTRANSPARENT and wxSOLID instead of wxBRUSHSTYLE_TRANSPARENT and
wxBRUSHSTYLE_SOLID when changing the background mode.

See #14599.
