Change wxWakeUpPipe to be a wxEventLoopSourceHandler.
No real changes but use wxEventLoopSource::AddSourceForFD() instead of wxFDIODispatcher::RegisterFD() for this pipe because this is the preferred way and because it will allow reusing this class for wxExecute() purposes later.
