Use wxDynamicCast() instead of IsKindOf() checks.

Browse Source 
wxDynamicCast() is less verbose (due to the absence of "CLASSINFO") and more
compatible with the standard dynamic_cast<>, so prefer to use it when possible.

See #14356.
