Document the use of --disable-gui for building wxBase.
We don't have a special configure version for wxBase where GUI is off by default and it doesn't seem to be worth the trouble to create one. Instead just tell people to use --disable-gui themselves. Closes #11733. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@63550 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
