Small distrib changes,

Use GTK's native insert for wxListBox,
  Compile pacthes for AIX,
  wxClipboard things,
  Ignore wxSIZE_AUTO flags in wxDialog and wxFrame,
  Ignore toolbar size in wxFrame::Get/SetClientSize
