Initial move from C to C++. The functionality of the code should not have
changed at all in this move from C to C++. To top that off there is a define wxUSE_GSOCKET_CPLUSPLUS in include/wx/gsocket.h which turns off all the new code in that file and also gsockunx.h. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@25229 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
