* wxThread fixes

* wxStream fix (Read(wxStreamBase))
* wxEvent: GTK idle loop waking up was actually good, reenabled.
* wxSocket: all features working on Linux/RH6 (including high-level protocols)
       Needs testing on other platforms now.
