Makefile: Optimize cleaning

Browse Source 
NMAKE invocations are costly (slow, no-parallel support).

Rather than pinpoint cleaning of each combination of $(LANG), $(PLAT)
and $(CFG) related files, we do the wildcard cleaning of all packaging
files.
